Last night I made this bib necklace to wear to Jenn's event in October. I never made this type of necklace before but I thought I would give it a try and I like how it turned out, until......My husband took one look at me wearing it and said what is that? I said it was a necklace for Jenn's event and he said you are wearing that? Gees, he made me think twice about my little creation. Normally, he doesn't say much when I create things, he just says ya, that is nice and that is about it, but with this little beauty he made a big deal on me actually wearing it. So, I am going to ask you guys....do you like it?
I am going to combine two posts into one since I am going to be a single Mom all next week {travelling husband} and I don't think I am going to have any time to myself. I told you last weekend we went to Eureka Springs and here are some of the photos of the cute town.
Have a great week and wish me luck with working full time and managing THREE kids...I am tired already thinking about it.

The necklace is gorgeous- and perfect for an art event. Husbands never quite "get it". Good luck with your girls this week- it might be tiring, but I bet you four will have great "girl time".

Lori....For goodness sake...wear the necklace. Men just DON'T GET IT anyway and you will look lovely and will have lots of compliments and have a great time. You made another beautiful thing...show it off and have FUN!!! pat

I have a wardrobe of stuff that I can wear to art events and another that I can wear to my husband's corporate events. If I showed up in a lacy, millinery concoction at one of his golf courses, he'd pretend he didn't know the crazy lady dressed in old curtains. He doesn't get it, and I understand. Wear your gorgeous necklace to Jenn's and we'll all be wishing we had one just like it!
