Do you think after all of these years we have been married that I some how rubbed off on my husband? Look at these lovely presents and just look how pretty they are wrapped. These are my birthday presents (that I finally get to open tonight) from my husband and girls. Hmmm...I wonder what they are? They make me happy to just look at them. There is nothing better than receiving a present that is nicely wrapped....don't you agree?
Speaking of pretty things....I was so lucky to be asked to join Natasha's fabric cuff exchange. She and I were partners and her bracelet is simply gorgeous and I am SO LUCKY to have it. I am going to wear it to work tomorrow and I planned my outfit around it and I am sure NOBODY will get it but it will make me happy to wear it. She is an excellent sewer, she hand sewed all of those beautiful bits and bobs. I would gave up after sewing the first one on. Again.....thanks so much Natasha, I really do love it!
I am off to get ready for dinner, I making crab cakes with fresh dill, white corn on the grill and for dessert, chocolate covered strawberries. Can you say yum??? Have a great night.
Wow, that looks like a very promising gift! If the wrapping is a sign for the content you are in for a good treat! And your cuff is lovely, I wish I could see you wear it. Have fun showing it of!

Wow he did so well to wrap so beautifully! It's great to hear eventually the pretty wrapping will rub off on them, lol!
